This is a demonstration of how to export reports from report services. Once you’re logged into the report services module, you would select “view,” “report services configuration,” “reports.” Then you would select the report that you would like to export and select any on the list. And then up here, there is what looks like a chart with an orange arrow that says “export,” go ahead and select that. Then you would select the location where you would like to save this report to. Make sure it’s in an XML file format and select “save.”
