One of Virginia’s leading health systems had successfully gone live on Workday but its accounts payable process was failing to keep pace in a complex, high-volume environment.
Invoice management was convoluted, with data scattered across as many as five separate systems. OCR data capture was unreliable, and unclassified documents piled up in queues with no way to prioritize them.
