The global health crisis wrought havoc across the world, bringing new problems and challenges to individuals, families, communities, and businesses. Everyone experienced the crisis and its consequences differently and many were impacted more than others. At RPI Consultants, we were also impacted by the crisis but thanks to the heroic efforts, innovative thinking, and incredible personalities behind our team we were able to keep our team intact and continue providing exceptional services to our customers.
As we learned how to adjust and navigate the pandemic, we also took time to consider those people and communities around us that were not as fortunate. Our partners got together to discuss how we could do more as a company to give back and promote fair and equitable communities. Ultimately, they decided to start where we always start – with our people.
That’s why in September 2020 RPI Consultants partnered with BrightFunds.org to set up corporate matching for employee charitable contributions. According to Bright Funds, they help companies “Support employees’ giving and volunteering with programs that were built to empower every individual to do good.” Our team is nothing if not passionate and we wanted to find ways to help them do good in the communities and for the causes they care about.
In just a few short months, we are thrilled to announced that between RPI Consultants and our team, we donated over $10,000 dollars to local, regional, and national charities and non-profits. Based on that success, we are announcing that in 2021 RPI Consultants will double its match up to $500 per person!
While we are proud of this number, and very proud of the contributions made by our team, we are excited to continue this program into 2021 and make an even larger impact. We have always believed in doing right by our people and our customers, and we are grateful to now also be doing right by the communities around us.
Thank you to our team for your contributions and thank you to these amazing organizations for everything they do to promote a more fair and equitable society:
