Infor’s April 2026 Cumulative Update (CU) is here, and for day two of our roundup, RPI Consultants is spotlighting the most impactful updates across Supply Chain Management (SCM)—giving you a clear picture of what’s new in the CloudSuite April 2026 release and the value it offers teams.
Below we dive into the details.
Key SCM Updates from the 2026 April CU
SCM received a host of additions across several key applications, from Procurement to Contract Management and everything in between. Here’s what’s new.
eProcurement—New Replication Set (APPO Rep Set):
Now available in FSM for organizations exchanging data with Premier GPO is a new replication set. This addition eliminates the need to build custom replication sets for Premier AP and PO data exchange.
For organizations relying on Premier GPO, manually configuring replication sets has been an unnecessary friction point. This out-of-the-box solution removes that burden, reducing setup time and the risk of configuration errors that can disrupt downstream data flows.
Contract Management—PO Interface for Manufacturer & Distributor Contracts:
Premier GPO contract data can now be processed through the GPO interface to create and update Manufacturer and Distributor Contracts directly in FSM.
Rather than managing contract data through manual imports or custom processes, teams can now leverage a direct, structured path from GPO data into FSM contracts. This keeps contract records current and reduces the administrative overhead associated with keeping supplier agreements up to date.
Contract Management/RSS—Purchasing Class Filtering in LPL RSS:
Purchasing Class filtering is now available in LPL RSS Catalog Search and Shopping Lists. Organizations can control which items and contract lines are visible to specific requesters or requesting locations. Note: this feature is not available in Legacy RSS.
Controlling what requesters can see—and purchase—is a foundational element of procurement governance. This update gives organizations a more precise tool for enforcing purchasing policy without requiring workarounds or manual oversight at the transaction level.
Inventory/Warehouse–Expiration Date-Based Bin Allocation on Pick Lists:
The Warehouse Pick List now allocates bins based on expiration date, selecting bins in order of earliest expiration first. This supports bin-level expiration date tracking without requiring lot or serial number tracking.
For healthcare and other industries where expiration management is critical, this is a meaningful improvement. Automating FEFO (First Expired, First Out) logic at the bin level reduces the risk of using expired inventory and supports compliance without the overhead of full lot or serial tracking.
Payables & Consolidated Webapp Feature Toggle:
The trial period end date for seven Consolidated Webapp feature toggles has been extended from April 2026 to October 2026. No further extensions will be granted. Legacy webapps will receive no new features or maintenance going forward.
This is a clear signal from Infor: the transition to Consolidated Webapp is not optional, and the runway is finite. If your organization hasn’t yet made the move, now is the time to plan that migration. October 2026 is the final deadline, and Legacy webapps will receive no new investment after that point. Contact RPI if you need help getting started.
Requisitions—Build Procurement Expense Data Post-Migration Utility:
The Build Procurement Expense Data post-migration utility is now accessible when both the Consolidated Webapp and Hide Unconsolidated Webapp feature toggles are enabled. It can be found under Application Administration → Shared → Utilities.
Post-migration cleanup tasks can often be difficult to locate and execute. Surfacing this utility in a standard, accessible location removes one more barrier for teams working through their Consolidated Webapp transition. Although small, a practical improvement.
Cross-Module—FSM Notification Center Now Live Across SCM:
The FSM Notification Center has been adopted across Contract Management, Inventory, Purchase Order, Requisitions, Sourcing, Payables, and Recall. The updated center includes message preview, searchable tags, categorization, and actionable tasks directly from the notification preview.
A unified notification experience across the SCM suite is a significant usability improvement. Rather than navigating between modules to track down alerts and action items, users now have a centralized, searchable hub. For teams managing high transaction volumes across multiple functional areas, this kind of consolidated visibility directly supports faster response times and better accountability.

SCM April CU 2026 FAQ
1. Do these SCM updates apply automatically?
Most updates in the April 2026 CU are available as part of the release, but some, like the Consolidated Webapp feature toggles and the Build Procurement Expense Data utility, require configuration or deliberate enablement. RPI can help you assess which updates need attention in your environment.
2. Where should you begin with the Consolidated Webapp transition?
Start by identifying which legacy webapps your team currently uses and whether any of the seven affected feature toggles are active in your environment. From there, you can map out what the transition requires in terms of configuration, testing, and user training. The October 2026 deadline is firm, so building a timeline now—even a rough one—is a better starting point than waiting. Contact RPI if you need assistance.
3. How can you tell which of the updates are relevant to your organization?
Impact varies depending on how your organization uses CloudSuite SCM. Some updates, like the Notification Center rollout, are broadly applicable, while others are more specific to certain workflows or industries. RPI can help you quickly assess which changes are worth prioritizing and what, if anything, needs to be configured or tested in your environment.
