RICHARD STOUT

As an expert in process optimization and system integrations in the accounts payable and supply chain arenas, Richard exhibits a rare blend of technical expertise and business savvy.  With 10 years of experience working on a variety of system integration projects for Lawson Customers, Richard is able to understand an organization’s true pain points, develop a solution using a variety of available technologies, and execute.  He draws on his extensive background in database management, systems administration, programming, and automation to provide simple solutions to complex problems.  Richard is a certified installer of LBI and MSCM and has a strong system administration background, with focus on the Microsoft server and database platforms.   He has worked extensively with Process Flow and various reporting solutions, including Crystal, and is fluent in Visual Basic, C#, Java, and JavaScript, with extensive web development experience.  Recently, Richard has gained experience on Landmark by completing a Landmark installation class and implementing a flow in Process Server to manage Landmark user accounts.

Mr. Wayland, a certified Lawson Financials and Supply Chain consultant, has worked on Lawson implementation and post-implementation support projects for ten years.  He has served as a Project Manager, Financials Lead and Procurement Lead, and has been responsible for business process review, system configuration, end-user training, and post-live support.  He has pioneered techniques and business processes for RNI and INR cleanup, buyer message reduction and other procurement system optimizations.   As one of the foremost invoice matching experts in the Lawson industry, he has provided expertise to dozens of Invoice Matching implementations with multiple configurations and business processes in both Shared Service and decentralized environments.  Keith has developed a deep understanding of the general ledger impact of procurement and distribution of goods, PO invoice discrepancy management and vendor payments and has used this experience to help finance departments to better understand and troubleshoot discrepancies.   He has extensive experience with multiple Lawson Modules including GL, AP, AM, AC, CB, MA, PO, IC, RQ, WH and Lawson Security.

Geoff graduated with a Bachelors of Accountancy from Loyola University in New Orleans. Right out of school he started a granite and marble fabrication and installation company, learning firsthand what it takes to launch and run a business. After selling the business, Geoff became a Management Consultant for McGladrey, where he spent time on process improvement teams to earn a Sigma Six Green Belt Certification. Geoff has experience integrating with Lawson, NetSuite, Dynamics AX, PeopleSoft, Ellucian Banner and Ellucian Colleague, as well as working for Perceptive Software on a contract basis. While Geoff has personally designed and implemented systems for higher education and human resources fields, his primary role at RPI is to manage the Imaging Strategy and Technical Services division. As RPI’s Director of HCM, Melissa Olson is responsible for the development of RPI’s HCM service offering and for ensuring customer satisfaction.  Melissa Olson leverages vast experience in the Lawson HCM space, as both a Senior Consultant and a former Lawson HCM customer. As an Engagement and Project Manager she has supported full cycle HCM implementations, Employee and Manager Self Service deployments, Infor/Lawson upgrades, and Global HR implementation and optimization endeavors. Recent past roles include acting as an Engagement Manager and Project Manager for multiple Global HR & S3 Implementations, Infor/Lawson upgrades, EMSS Customization deployments as well as working on various HCM Assessment and optimization endeavors.  Her experience with Lawson started on the technical side.  As a Lawson programmer, she supported HR functions for a public sector company before making the transition to the application side via her role leading an HR implementation through the full life cycle.  Ms. Olson has 14 years of Lawson experience specializing in optimization of HR business processes using Lawson tools including ESS/MSS, Process Automation and LBI Smart Notifications.

Previously with Lawson Software and the Huron Consulting Group, he has unique expertise in implementing Grant Management and Project and Activity Accounting functionality as well as extensive experience with Lawson Accounts Receivable, Billing and Revenue Management, Asset Management, General Ledger, Budgeting, Cost Allocations, Lease Management, and related interfaces and conversions.
Bob also brings experience in software implementation methodology, business process review, best practice development, ERP system selection, and has designed custom reports and interfaces. Bob holds a Master’s in Healthcare Administration and prior to consulting he spent almost 10 years at UTMD Anderson Cancer Center as an Administrative Manager over its outpatient chemotherapy clinics and the Emergency Department.
