KLAS Research, one of healthcare IT’s most trusted independent research organizations, recently published a First Look report on Yoga For FSM and the feedback from interviewed customers reflects early customer satisfaction with Yoga.

What Customers Say They Love Most

Three themes came through consistently across the interviews:

  1. RPI’s responsiveness when issues arise
  2. The frequency and quality of product updates
  3. The speed at which customer suggestions make it into the product

When asked about working with RPI, one customer stated:

“RPI Consultants’ key strengths are their ability and their engagement with us. They truly are there to help resolve issues. Some larger companies will just acknowledge that we are having an issue, but they will say there is nothing they can do. RPI Consultants never says no. They offer to take a look at something. They are truly there to help us. I can’t say enough about that. It is refreshing. Their ability to resolve issues quickly is also a strength, and we can always get ahold of somebody quickly. An example is that we can put a ticket in on a Friday at 5:15 p.m., and we will hear from somebody within the hour.”Director, May 2026

Measurable Outcomes

Customers also reported consistent, measurable outcomes. In this emerging-data sample, interviewed organizations reported achieving expected goals around AP automation, reduced manual data entry, processing efficiency, and cost savings. Most interviewed organizations reported seeing outcomes within six months, while the remainder reported outcomes within six to twelve months.
