Testimonial: Greensboro North Carolina Levels Up HCM Skills

The City of Greensboro, North Carolina recently implemented Infor GHR but was unaware of how to maximize use of the system’s capabilities. To get a better understanding of the system’s functionality, business users from the City attended RPI’s HCM Bootcamp in Baltimore, Maryland.

During the three-day training session, City of Greensboro attendees Deanna Berlin and Claudette Lindsay strengthened their skills using Infor GHR, along with other HCM applications. They learned everything needed for efficient job performance, including customizing the system, setting up payroll, administering benefits, and more.

Claudette and Deanna expressed their excitement before leaving the event, looking forward to applying their new learnings at work. They felt more confident in carrying out their jobs effectively.

Describing the RPI’s Bootcamp experience, Claudette mentioned it felt “personal” and “as if they had known each other forever.” Deanna echoed similar sentiment, emphasizing the “priceless” nature of the training and recommending it to everyone working with Infor GHR.
