She leverages a deep understanding of Lawson functionality, healthcare supply chain processes and procedures and organizational change management to spearhead SCM optimization and implementation efforts surrounding: RQC deployments, IPA approvals, Capital Requisitions, Lawson Mobile Applications, EDI (850/855/856), MSCM, LBI Dashboards, Smart Notifications, Lawson Security, Imaging Integration, IC11 Replacement Items and RNI Clean-up and Maintenance. Her expertise in project management is comprehensive, including workflow design, system builds, testing, metrics, and go-live support. She is a frequent presenter in the Lawson community and a thought leader in RQC best practices, Lawson SCM Optimization and Contract Management. Combining a degree in Communication with her natural aptitude for leadership and mentoring, Mrs. Kowal is motivated by projects involving complex systems or processes and audiences with varying skill levels.
