Stephanie Kowal Square PicSenior Lawson Supply Chain Consultant Stephanie Kowal is a leading voice in Infor Lawson SCM best practices and process improvement for healthcare.  She leverages a deep understanding of Lawson functionality, healthcare supply chain processes and procedures and organizational change management to spearhead SCM optimization and implementation efforts surrounding: RQC deployments, IPA approvals, Capital Requisitions, Lawson Mobile Applications, EDI (850/855/856), MSCM, LBI Dashboards, Smart Notifications, Lawson Security, Imaging Integration, IC11 Replacement Items and RNI Clean-up and Maintenance.  Her expertise in project management is comprehensive, including workflow design, system builds, testing, metrics, and go-live support. She is a frequent presenter in the Lawson community and a thought leader in RQC best practices, Lawson SCM Optimization and Contract Management. Combining a degree in Communication with her natural aptitude for leadership and mentoring, Mrs. Kowal is motivated by projects involving complex systems or processes and audiences with varying skill levels.  Before coming to RPI, Mrs. Kowal was the Supply Chain Consultant & System Administrator for a large health system.

Jason Kwasnik

kwasJason Kwasnik, certified in Lawson’s Procurement Suite, has over ten years of experience working in materials management and has been implementing Lawson procurement applications since 1999.  He’s implemented Lawson’s IC, PO, RQ and WH at many large organizations with a variety of system configurations and business needs.  In various capacities, Mr. Kwasnik has been responsible for business needs analysis, end-user training and course development, script writing and testing, item and template file builds, system troubleshooting and post go-live support.  He has provided assistance on Lawson upgrades, process improvements projects and shared service departments builds.  In addition, he’s worked extensively in implementation and Lawson interfaces of third party products.  With a knack for diagnosing and solving Lawson and process related problems Jason is a reliable “go to” resource and a team player.  Prior to working on various Lawson implementations, Mr. Kwasnik managed a staff of twenty people as the Inventory and Receiving Supervisor.

Dan Faruggio

farugeDan Farruggio, certified in Lawson’s Procurement Suite and Lawson Security, has over five years of experience leading process improvement efforts and supporting post-implementation Lawson environments. While Mr. Farruggio has led MSCM implementations, RQC Support and Par Optimization efforts, he has also assisted clients with Lawson Security transition projects and has led full cycle security implementations. In addition, he has supported multiple Procure-to-Pay initiatives including Invoice Matching and P-Card implementations as well as data file conversions, interface mapping, par location builds, requisitioning templates, and installation/setup of hand-held units. Excellent customer facing skills and demeanor have made him a popular choice with clients for onsite support.  He has expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint and has successful track record working with complex supply chain processes and security designs. Mr. Farruggio has a BA in Business and Communications from Loyola University Maryland.
