RPI Consultants Presenting on Capital and Service Automation at TNLUG

Baltimore, MD (February 14, 2013) — RPI Consultants Presenting on Capital and Service Automation at TNLUG. RPI Consultants’ Management Consultant, Nathan Jobe, will be presenting at the Tennessee Lawson User Group meeting, hosted in Nashville, TN at the end of February. The presentation will describe best practice procure to pay processes using capital and service automation in the healthcare industry.

Mr. Jobe will be discussing how a major healthcare provider transitioned from paper-based capital and service requisition processes into a streamlined electronic solution using Lawson Requisition Center. Back up documentation is scanned and attached to all requests that are then approved through process flow. The end result is a 100% paperless procure to pay process with a streamlined user experience that allows the healthcare system to better control spending.

“Healthcare systems have increasingly begun to gain control over the medical supplies spend,” stated Brian Rosenberg, Chief Executive Officer of RPI Consultants. “However, services represent a significant portion of spend that is largely decentralized at many systems. Nathan will be presenting an innovative solution to the challenge of bringing visibility and controls leveraging the Lawson Requisitioning and Process Flow tools combined with ImageNow document imaging.”

The Tennessee Lawson User Group is a non-profit organization that coordinates conferences with Lawson users in Tennessee to share industry knowledge and support. As a certified Infor business partner, RPI Consultants will be attending as a vendor sponsor and will send Keith Wayland, Partner, and Nathan Jobe, Management Consultant, to provide their expertise and services to Lawson consumers.
