Monthly OnBase Support Package

With a flat monthly fee for a set bucket of work hours per month, our support packages offer predictable budgeting, dedicated and reliable support resources, and includes not having to onboard or train new internal resources.
Each support package can be tailored to meet specific needs, including regular maintenance of Unity Scripts and Unity Forms, Advanced Capture templates, 24/7 on-call support with standard SLAs, and much more. Our OnBase consultants have years of experience working with ECM systems and providing industry-related best practices and solution design advice.
Hourly Managed Services
When all you need is a little help to bridge a gap of temporary staffing shortfalls or periodic high volume of support calls, we offer production support services billable on a per-hour basis. This ensures you only pay for exactly the amount of support you need. Our expert OnBase consultants can assist with resolving complex issues, minor system updates, or providing coverage while your primary OnBase administrator takes a much deserved vacation!
