Lead Lawson Financials Consultant

RPI Consultants is seeking a Senior Lawson Financials with extensive experience in Lawson’s Financials Suite to join our growing Infor Lawson Practice.  This position would be responsible to lead and support full cycle implementations of Lawson’s Financial Suites including business needs analysis, requirements gathering, system design and configuration, conversions, end-user training and post live support. Resource will work with clients in a variety of ways to support internal marketing efforts and work with the RPI Financials and PMO teams to continuously improve project delivery and value add services.   Consultant will work towards being a thought leader in the space including delivery of presentations at user groups, online webinars and content creation.

Responsibilities include:

  • Support sales efforts including business needs analysis, project approach review and estimation of implementation effort
  • Act as lead consultant in design, configuration and deployment of Lawson Financials Suite including GL, AC, AP/MA, AM and AR/BL modules
  • Provide end user training, client guidance and post live support for GL, AC, AP/MA, AM and AR/BL implementations
  • Provide thought leadership in the Lawson space including delivery of presentations and creation of relevant content
  • Ensure quality of deliverables
  • Deliver on time and on project budget

He/she will have a high level of sales and customer service skills and have the ability to think strategically.  The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and presentation skills as well as have the ability to interface effectively with our customers (at all levels) and work with the RPI Sales team and Practice Managers to effectively generate revenue where opportunities align.

Candidate must be extremely organized and able to juggle multiple projects and clients at once. Consultant must be a team player. RPI’s “team based approach” leverages multiple resources by specific areas of expertise towards accomplishing project goals.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years’ experience working with Lawson’s Financials Suite
  • Experience working in Healthcare environments
  • Experience with business process validation, system configuration, data conversions and migrations, system customization, testing, cutover planning & execution, go-live and end user support

Location: Position is nationwide and requires frequent travel nationwide as well as the discipline to work from home as needed.

Salary: Pay commensurate with experience.

Lead Lawson Procurement Consultant

RPI Consultants is seeking a Senior Lawson Consultant with extensive experience in Lawson’s Procurement Suite to join our growing Infor Lawson Practice.  This position would be responsible to lead and support full cycle implementations of Lawson’s Procurement Suite as well as process improvement efforts including but not limited to Lawson Procurement Assessments, RQC deployments, Capital Approvals, RNI Maintenance and Clean-up, MSCM Par Counting and RAD, EDI configuration and support, an Item Master validation and clean-up.

Responsibilities include:

  •  Support sales efforts including business needs analysis, project approach review and estimation of implementation effort
  •  Act as lead consultant in design, configuration and deployment of Lawson Procurement Suite (PO, IC, WH, RQ, RQC)
  • Provide end user training, client guidance and post live support for Lawson Procurement Implementations
  • Support Process Improvement Efforts including Business Process Redesign, Capital Approval, RNI Cleanup, EDI Configuration, Item Master clean-up
  • Support deployment of additional modules including RQC and MSCM
  • Ensure quality of deliverables

Lawson Talent Management Consultant

RPI Consultants, a Certified Lawson Partner that specializes in Lawson optimization is searching for dynamic resources with LTM experience to expand its Lawson HCM practice.

Project Manager Responsibilities include:

  • Implementation of Global HR, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Goal Management, and Manager Space
  • LTM 10 upgrades
  • Process improvement assessments and recommendations for clients currently running LTM
  • Deployment and coordination of expanded Lawson functionality to meet specific business requirements
  • Requires frequent travel nationwide and the discipline to work from home as needed

Desired Skills & Expertise:

  • Highly experienced in Lawson’s HCM and LTM suites
  • Comfortable working with highly knowledgeable Lawson end-users
  • Ability to quickly understand new Lawson modules and functionality, as well as unique client requirements/configurations

Lawson Project/Engagement Managers

RPI Consultants is hiring Project Managers to join our growing Consulting Practice. This position reports directly to the Partners within the firm and is responsible for managing a variety of software upgrade projects and full cycle implementations. The Project Manager will lead a team of consultants towards successful delivery of project goals and act as the primary liaison with client project executives.

He/she will have a high level of sales and customer service skills and have the ability to think strategically. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and presentation skills as well as have the ability to interface effectively with our customers (at all levels) and work with the RPI Partners and Sales team to effectively generate revenue where opportunities align.
