Template and Par Optimizer

RPI's Template and Par Optimizer™ streamlines the process of maintaining templates and pars. It analyzes purchaser behavior and produces simple, user friendly reports with recommendations that can be implemented painlessly. The Template and Part Optimizer™ can deliver:

  • Recommended Additions - Suggests additions to each template based upon the purchase and issue history of the ordering department. 

  • Recommended Deletions - Suggests deletion of items that are on templates, but are not being purchased, are obsolete or inactive.

  • Specials with Lawson Numbers - Identifies special-ordered items that have existing Lawson numbers.

  • Template Reorganization - Allows the reorganization of templates to make them more user-friendly.

The Template and Par Optimizer™ is easy to install and easy to use. All reports can be run based on history from a selected date range. Templates and reports can be exported to Excel or printed for distribution to end users.
