RPI's Quality Assurance Tool™ validates the integrity of client's supply chain data, enabling staff to proactively address issues rather than waiting for errors to be created. It also makes it easy to perform dozens of different verifications across Lawson tables. This allows staff to proactively resolve inconsistencies, rather than waiting for error to occur. The following are just a few examples of the verifications accomplished by this powerful tool:

• Verify that par and requisition templates have valid unit of measures and active items from item master to ensure orders can be placed by end users

• Verify that all replenishment information is populated to avoid unintended stock outages

• Verify that PO13 records have the vendor item field populated and valid unit of measures to prevent 855 discrepancies

• Verify that the manufacturer code and numbers are populated to simplify searching and ensure accuracy of ordering

• Verify that item location and GL categories are populated and active to guarantee proper charging of departments
